Registration Fee
SDPC 2025 accepts registration fee in USD or RMB. Authors and participants from P.R. China should pay the registration fee in RMB; authors and participants from countries other than P.R. China should pay the registration fee in USD. Registration fee covers all conference sessions, conference document, meals and reception. Cost of accommodation is not covered by registration fee. You will need to book your accommodation separately by visiting the Hotel page.

Notes:
1.Each paper requires one presenting author registration and the presenting author registration must be completed by the author registration deadline (October 20, 2025). According to the requirements from IEEE, all papers should be presented at the conference before they can be considered for publication through IEEE Xplore®.
2. Participants without paper submissions are also welcome. Each conference attendee requires a registration.
3. Student attendee needs to show his/her photo ID when checking in the conference.
4. Registration fee is non-refundable.
5. If the length of paper exceeds 6 pages, the cost of each extra page is 90 USD or 600 RMB. The maximum length of the paper allowed is of 10 pages.
